Reservations between June 20th and September 20Th require a 50% deposit of the total bill.
No refunds will be issued on a cancelled reservation within 14 days of the first day of your stay.
Cancellations 14 days or more before the reservation date will be issued a refund minus a $20.00 administration fee.
Balance owing is due at time of check in.
There will be no refunds for early departure.
